This notice explains what personal data HoneyB2B collects, why, who it is shared with, and your rights under Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010.

1. Who we are

2. What we collect

  • Order and contact details you give us: name, company name, email, phone number, billing and delivery address, and anything you write in an order note or message.
  • Payment information, which is entered directly with Stripe or PayPal. We do not see or store your full card number.
  • Messages you send us by email, WhatsApp or the contact form.
  • Website usage data: pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location and how you arrived, collected through cookies. See our Cookie Policy.

3. Why we use it

  • To process, ship and support your orders, including invoices and customs documents.
  • To answer your questions and quotation requests.
  • To prevent fraud and keep the site secure.
  • To understand how the site is used and improve it.
  • To send you offers, only if you have agreed to receive them. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Order and contact details are needed to fulfil an order. If you do not provide them, we cannot process or deliver it.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the services needed to run the shop:

  • Payment processors: Stripe and PayPal.
  • Couriers: FedEx, DHL and Aramex, to deliver your order.
  • Our website host and the tools that run the site, including Google Analytics.
  • Our factory, AMYAL SDN BHD, where needed to fulfil your order.
  • Authorities, where the law requires it.

Some of these services store data outside Malaysia. We only use providers that protect data to a standard comparable to Malaysian law.

5. How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as tax and accounting law requires, and other personal data only as long as it is needed for the purposes above.

6. Your rights

You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, withdraw consent to marketing, or ask us to limit how it is used. Email contact@honeyb2b.shop and we will respond within 21 days.

7. Security

The site uses HTTPS encryption, payments are handled by Stripe and PayPal, and access to order data is limited to the people who need it.

8. Changes

We may update this notice. The date at the top shows when it last changed.

2. Data yang kami kumpul

  • Butiran pesanan dan hubungan: nama, nama syarikat, e-mel, nombor telefon, alamat bil dan penghantaran, serta apa-apa yang anda tulis dalam nota pesanan atau mesej.
  • Maklumat pembayaran, yang dimasukkan terus kepada Stripe atau PayPal. Kami tidak melihat atau menyimpan nombor kad penuh anda.
  • Mesej yang anda hantar melalui e-mel, WhatsApp atau borang hubungan.
  • Data penggunaan laman web: halaman yang dilawati, jenis peranti dan pelayar, anggaran lokasi, dikumpul melalui kuki. Lihat Dasar Kuki kami.

3. Tujuan penggunaan

  • Memproses, menghantar dan menyokong pesanan anda, termasuk invois dan dokumen kastam.
  • Menjawab pertanyaan dan permintaan sebut harga.
  • Mencegah penipuan dan menjaga keselamatan laman.
  • Memahami penggunaan laman dan menambah baiknya.
  • Menghantar tawaran, hanya jika anda bersetuju. Anda boleh berhenti melanggan pada bila-bila masa.

Butiran pesanan dan hubungan diperlukan untuk memenuhi pesanan. Jika tidak diberikan, kami tidak dapat memproses atau menghantar pesanan tersebut.

4. Pihak yang menerima data

Kami tidak menjual data peribadi anda. Data hanya dikongsi dengan perkhidmatan yang diperlukan untuk menjalankan kedai: pemproses pembayaran (Stripe, PayPal), syarikat kurier (FedEx, DHL, Aramex), hos laman web dan alat seperti Google Analytics, kilang kami AMYAL SDN BHD bila perlu untuk memenuhi pesanan, dan pihak berkuasa jika dikehendaki undang-undang. Sesetengah perkhidmatan menyimpan data di luar Malaysia.

5. Tempoh simpanan

Rekod pesanan disimpan selama yang dikehendaki undang-undang cukai dan perakaunan; data lain hanya selama ia diperlukan untuk tujuan di atas.

6. Hak anda

Anda boleh meminta untuk melihat data peribadi anda yang kami simpan, membetulkannya, menarik balik persetujuan pemasaran, atau mengehadkan penggunaannya. E-mel contact@honeyb2b.shop dan kami akan membalas dalam tempoh 21 hari.

Sekiranya terdapat percanggahan antara versi Bahasa Inggeris dan Bahasa Malaysia, versi Bahasa Inggeris akan diguna pakai.
