These terms apply to every order placed on honeyb2b.shop. By placing an order you accept them.

1. About us

HoneyB2B is run by Orgapulse World, the distribution arm of AMYAL SDN BHD (Company No. 952499-W), which manufactures the products at its factory in Shah Alam, Selangor. 2. Who we sell to

We sell wholesale to businesses and individuals buying for resale, and to anyone buying the packs shown on the site. Buyers must be at least 18 years old.

3. Prices

  • Prices are shown in US dollars and include delivery to your address.
  • Prices do not include import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by your country. See our Shipping Policy.
  • We may change prices at any time. The price that applies is the one shown when you place your order.
  • If a product is listed at an obviously wrong price because of an error, we will contact you before processing the order, and you may cancel it for a full refund.

4. Orders

An order is a request to buy. It becomes a contract when we confirm it by email. We may decline an order, for example if stock is unavailable or we suspect fraud, and will refund any payment in full if we do.

5. Payment

We accept credit and debit cards (through Stripe), PayPal, and direct bank transfer. Orders paid by bank transfer are dispatched once the funds reach our account.

6. Delivery

Delivery is free worldwide, by FedEx, DHL or Aramex, and normally takes 5–8 days after payment clears. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. The risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered. See our Shipping Policy.

7. Refunds and returns

Damaged, defective or wrong items are replaced or refunded, orders that do not arrive are sent again or refunded, and unopened boxes from your first order can be returned within 30 days for a refund. Full details are in our Refund & Returns Policy.

8. The products

  • Our products are food and herbal products. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
  • Anyone who is pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or has a medical condition should consult a doctor before use.
  • Store and use products as shown on the pack.
  • Product images are for illustration. Packaging may change between batches.

9. Reselling

If you resell our products, you are responsible for complying with the laws of your country, including registration, labelling and any claims you make about the products. You must not make medical claims about them.

10. Private label and OEM

Private label and OEM production is agreed separately, in writing, for each run. Those agreements take priority over these terms where they differ.

11. Liability

We are responsible for supplying the products you order in the condition described. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Your data

We handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

13. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction over any dispute.

14. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order.
