Free worldwide shipping

Every price on HoneyB2B already includes delivery. There is no shipping charge added at checkout, whatever the pack size and wherever you are.

How and where we ship

  • Orders ship from the AMYAL SDN BHD factory in Shah Alam, Selangor, Malaysia.
  • We send door to door by FedEx, DHL or Aramex, choosing the service that suits your destination.
  • Every shipment is tracked, and you receive the tracking number by email once it leaves us.
  • We ship worldwide, including Malaysia, Australia, Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, Europe and Africa.

Delivery time

Orders normally arrive in 5–8 days once payment has cleared. Bank transfers are dispatched once the funds reach our account. Delivery can take longer during public holidays, peak seasons and customs inspections.

Large orders

For volumes beyond the largest pack on the site, full cartons in quantity or container loads, message us on WhatsApp and we will quote the delivery method and time, including sea freight where it makes sense.

Import duties and taxes

Our prices include delivery but not the import duties, taxes or customs fees that your country may charge on arrival. Where these apply, they are payable by the buyer. If you need to know the likely charges before ordering, check with your local customs office, or ask us for the product classification details.

Documents for customs

A Certificate of Analysis is supplied for every batch, and we provide the commercial invoice and any certification documents you need for clearance. Ask for anything specific before you order.

Damaged or missing deliveries

Please inspect your delivery and report any damage within 7 days of receipt. See our Refund & Returns Policy for replacements and refunds.
